PPI4Waste Interest Group’s final webinar took place on Wednesday 29 March at 15:00 (CET). Entitled “Experiences and insights in piloting PPI in the waste sector”, the webinar discussed how some of the pilot PPI activities were undertaken by the project, how PPI is being used in other waste-related projects and wider in the waste sector.
Fredric Norefjäll of the RI:SE Technical Research Institute of Sweden presented “When to use PPI”, setting out the “funnel” from needs to engaging in a PPI action and the process of setting up the PPI action in the waste sector.
Marijan Galovic from ESPER set out Zagreb’s experience of piloting PPI initiatives in waste management.
Philippe Micheaux Naudet from ACR+ reflected on the activities of the PPI4Waste project in the context of current trends and topics in PPI, waste and resource efficiency.
